Isometheptene

Isometheptene is an indirect-acting sympathomimetic drug which causes vasoconstriction. Its vasoconstricting properties arise from the activation of the sympathetic nervous system via epinephrine and norepinephrine or their molecular analogues which elicit smooth muscle activation, leading to vasoconstriction.

  • Bromocriptine
