ELANTAN

Elantan is used in the following conditions:

  • Primarily used to prevent and treat angina, a type of chest pain caused by narrowed blood vessels supplying the heart. It works by dilating blood vessels, allowing for increased blood flow and oxygen supply to the heart
  • For the prevention and management of angina pectoris

Do not use Elantan in people with the following conditions:

  • Hypersensitivity
  • Low blood pressure
  • Certain medical conditions, such as acute myocardial infarction, alcohol use, hyperthyroidism, and congestive heart failure

Elantan may have the following side effects:

  • Headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, and flushing
  • Serious side effects may include fainting and irregular heartbeat
