AMINOCAPROIC ACID

Aminocaproic acid is an antifibrinolytic drug that is utilized in the same way as tranexamic acid. It inhibits fibrinolysis by aggressively binding to plasminogen, obstructing its binding to fibrin and the consequent change to plasmin.
