UPADACITINIB

Upadacitinib is a specific and transient inhibitor of intracellular Janus kinase (JAK) enzymes (preferentially JAK1 or JAK1/3), which are involved in the signaling pathway that stimulates immune cell activity and hematopoiesis. By blocking JAK, phosphorylation and activation of proteins called signal integrators and activators of transcription (STATs) that control how genes are expressed and how cells work are stopped.
