PAMIZEP

Pamizep is a tranquilizer made from benzodiazepine derivatives. It has anticonvulsant, sedative, anxiolytic, and central muscle relaxant actions. The mechanism of action is linked to an increase in the inhibitory effect of GABA in the CNS.

Anxiety associated w/ depression
Severe hepatic impairment
