Lysosomal storage disorders are acquired metabolic disorders that are described by an anomalous development of different toxic materials in the body’s cells because of enzyme insufficiencies. There are almost 50 of these disorders, and they may influence various regions and parts of the body, including the skeleton, brain, skin, heart, and central nervous system. New lysosomal storage disorders keep on being recognized. While clinical trials are in progress on potential medicines for a portion of these diseases, there is right now no endorsed treatment for some lysosomal storage disorders.
