LATANOPROST + TIMOLOL

Latanoprost, a prostaglandin F2 analogue, is a selective prostanoid FP receptor agonist that lowers intraocular pressure by increasing aqueous humour uveoscleral outflow. Timolol, a non-selective adrenergic receptor antagonist, lowers intraocular pressure by reducing ciliary epithelial production of aqueous humour.
