IV-Globulin SN Inj. is a biological product that is also called Human Normal Immunoglobulin in maltose, pH 4.25. It is made from plasma that was taken from specific donors with the intention of making plasma derivatives. All plasma processes cold ethanol fractionation, thawing, and virus inactivation procedures like S/D treatment and nano-filtration. Chromatography is used to purify fraction II, which is generated following plasma fractionation and undergoes S/D therapy for virus inactivation. Dia-filtration is used in conjunction with another purification procedure using chromatography. After removing viruses by nano-filtration, bulk product is formed. After the bulk product has been loaded into vials, the final bulk is created by adding maltose (as a stabilizer) and passing through a sterile filter.
