Pancreatin Lipase Diethylstilbestrol is a pancreatic enzyme available in the oral form. Pancreatic enzymes like pancreatin are enteric-coated to avoid dissolution in gastric environment in the stomach. They are not taken from the digestive tract in considerable quantities. They are used in treating digestion-related disorders.

Pancreatin Lipase Diethylstilbestrol is used in the following conditions

Do not give Pancreatin Lipase Diethylstilbestrol to people with the following conditions:

  • Patients with hereditary problems such as galactose intolerance
  • Lapp lactase deficiency
  • Glucose-galactose malabsorption
  • Hypersensitivity to the drug

Pancreatin Lipase diethylstilbestrol may have the following side effects:

  • Diarrhea
  • Soft stools
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Chest pain
  • Difficulty in breathing
  • Palpitations
  • Discomfort within the mouth

Precautions

Take extra caution in children.
