This product is used to relieve symptoms of extra gas such as belching, bloating, and feelings of pressure/discomfort in the stomach/gut. Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the gut.

There are no reports of any side effects due to this medication. However, tell your doctor if you experience any unpleasant effects while taking this medication.
A very serious allergic reaction to this product is rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any of the following symptoms of a serious allergic reaction: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing.

It is not known if this medication passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Interactions
Tell your doctor of any prescription or nonprescription medications you may take, including any antacids or digestive medications since some combination products may also contain simethicone.
Simethicone can decrease the absorption of thyroid medications (such as levothyroxine). If you take thyroid medication, take it at least 4 hours before or after products that contain simethicone.
