OLODATEROL

Olodaterol is a long-acting beta₂-receptor agonist. It stimulates intracellular adenyl cyclase, thus elevating cyclic-3′, 5′-adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels in the airway muscles. This further results to bronchodilation of the bronchial smooth muscles.
