HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS 9-VALENT VACCINE

Meclofenoxate

Meclofenoxate is a drug that is also known as a psychostimulant. It is beneficial in conditions where there are reduced oxygen levels, such as in dementia or during a stroke or head trauma. It is effective in enhancing memory and in improving cognitive function among the elderly, based on the latest studies made.

Some data also suggests that it also helps reverse the signs of brain aging. While it claims to be an effective nootropic agent that has been well-studied in clinical trials, some studies also strongly suggest that it leads to good memory retention and recall.

Meclofenoxate may be used as an injection with the following indications: coma, skull and brain trauma, conditions following a stroke, encephalopathy, mental disorders (in combination with psychotropic agents), mental and psychomotor retardation in children, brain intoxication, alcohol psychoses, neuritis and polyneuritis.

The drug has its main mechanism that is generally cholinergic in nature. Like DMAE transporters, this drug also enhances the production of choline in the brain, similar to acetylcholine. It is said that the higher the levels of acetylcholine neurotransmitters in the brain are, the more efficient the cognitive functions of the person will be. Meclofenoxate also increases cellular membrane phospholipid levels. This drug has different brand names, such as Lucidril, Amipolen, Analux, Brenal, Cellative, Centrophenoxin, Cerebron, Cerutil, Closete, Helfergin, Lucidryl, Lutiaron, Marucotol, Proserout, Proseryl, and Ropoxyl.
