HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS 9-VALENT VACCINE

LORAZEPAM

Lorazepam is a short acting benzodiazepine. It increases neuronal membrane permeability to chloride ions by attaching to stereospecific benzodiazepine receptors on the postsynaptic GABA neuron within the central nervous system, including the limbic system and reticular formation. This also enhances GABA-blocking effects, leading to hyperpolarization and stabilization.
