L GLUTATHIONE REDUCED ALPHA LIPOIC ACID VITAMIN C

Alpha-lipoic acidis a nutrient-like compound called an anfioxidant. Yeast, liver, kidney, spinach, broccoli, and potatoes are great sources of alpha-lipoic acid.

Alpha-lipoic acid is taken by mouth for diabetes and nerve-related side effects of diabetes including pain and numbness in the arms and legs. It can be given as an infusion into the vein (by IV) for these uses.

Alpha-lipoic acid appears to help with cell damage in the body, and furthermore reestablishes low vitamin levels such as vitamin E and nutrient C. There is additionally proof that alpha-lipoic acid can enhance the capacity and conduction of neurons in diabetes.

Alpha-lipoic acid is also utilized in the body to digest carbohydrates and to make energy for  organs in the body.
