Minor sore throat; halitosis (bad breath); general oral hygiene; improves appearance of mouth tissues; protects tooth surfaces against formation of decay acids.
Use with care during pregnancy. If prompt relief is not obtained, or if soreness persists or spreads, discontinue use and consult a physician. Fever, headache, nausea and/or vomiting usually indicate severe infection requiring an advice from a physician.
Allergic contact dermatitis, taste alterations, transient anesth, mouth or tongue irritation.
Supervise children ages 6-12 years when using hexetidine. Do not administer to children younger than 6 years unless directed by a physician. Shake well before use. Do not swallow.
In case of ingestion, bring the victim to the nearest hospital right away.
