FOLIC + VITAMIN B12 (FOR PREGNANT WOMEN)

Folic acid is a type of B vitamin that is normally found in foods such as dried beans, peas, lentils, oranges, whole-wheat products, liver, asparagus, beets, broccoli, brussels sprouts, and spinach. Vitamin B₁₂, vitamin B12 or vitamin B-12, also called cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that has a key role in the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system, and the formation of red blood cells.

 

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Take 1 tablet once a day, preferably with meals or as directed by a physician.
