• Alveolitis
• Stevens-Johnson syndrome
• Photosensitivity
• Pulmonary eosinophilia

Precautions

Take precautions in patients with the following conditions:

• Infection
• Haemorrhagic disorders
• Hypertension
• Cardiac function
• Asthma
• Diabetes mellitus
• Haemorrhoids
• Rectal irritation or bleeding
• Systemic lupus erythematosus
• Epilepsy
• Edema
• Mental illness
• Parkinson’s disease
• Polymyalgia rheumatic
• Temporal arthritis
• Pregnancy and lactation

Interactions

Floctafenine can interact with the following medicines:

• Oral anticoagulants
• Antivirals
• Phenytoin
• Sulfonylurea antidiabetic
• Methotrexate
• Cardiac glycosides
• ACE inhibitors
• Diuretics
• β-blocker
• Other NSAIDs
• Lithium

Symptoms of Flocatafenine overdose includes:

• slow/shallow breathing
• severe stomach pain
• and vomit that look like coffee grounds
• black/bloody stools
• extreme drowsiness
