Dosulepin

Dosulepin hydrochloride, also known as dothiepin, is a tricyclic antidepressant which inhibits norepinephrine and serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine) re-uptake activity from the nerve endings, thereby increases availability at central norepinephrine synapses. It is a derivative of Amitriptyline and exerts anticholinergic, antihistamine and central sedative properties.

Immediate recovery period after myocardial injury

Concomitant administrationwith monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days after discontinuation
