DHA EPA OMEGA 3

DHA EPA OMEGA 3 are also known as eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, respectively. These fats are omega-3 fats, which are found in fatty fish. EPA DHA are unsaturated fats since they have 6 and 5 double bonds on their long basic chains. These polyunsaturated fats have an imperative job in our bodies.

EPA and DHA are essential supplements and might be taken to keep up with normal functioning of the brain and eyes. DHA helps create neural transmitters like phosphatidylserine, which is critical for brain functioning. DHA is found in the retina of the eye and taking DHA might be needed to maintain healthy eye functioning.
