HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS 9-VALENT VACCINE

DEXAMETHASONE + NEOMYCIN + POLYMYXIN B

Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that suppresses the reaction to different agents of inflammation. Neomycin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, binds to the susceptible bacteria’s ribosomal RNA, thereby inhibiting protein synthesis and allowing the bacterial genetic code to be misread. Polymyxin B, a polymyxin antibiotic, binds to susceptible bacterial membrane phospholipids, which disrupt the cytoplasmic membrane, allowing essential metabolites to leak.
