Take extra caution in patients with the following medical conditions:
- Lactation

- Children
- Hepatic and moderate to serious renal dysfunction
- Patients with renal impairment receiving ritonavir or atazanavir- containing regimens at the same time
- Patients using drug that is believed to lengthen the QT interval
- Myasthenia gravis
- Hypomagnesaemia
- Conduction disturbances
- Clinically significant bradycardia
- Serious heart failure
- Patient suffering from coronary artery disease
