HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS 9-VALENT VACCINE

AVELUMAB

Avelumab is a human immunoglobulin G1 monoclonal antibody that binds to regulated death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and inhibits the engagement between PD-1 and the PD-L1 and B7.1 receptors. This action reverses PD-suppressive L1’s impacts on cytotoxic CD8+ T-cells, restoring anti-tumor T-cell activity.
