Bivalirudin

Alprostadil is a  natural prostaglandin E1, is a vasodilating medicine and a platelet inhibitor. It actuates erection by making the trabecular smooth muscles relax and the cavernosal arteries widen, permitting the blood to flow to the lacunar spaces of the penis. It additionally leads to the relaxation of the smooth muscles of the ductus arteriosus.

Alprostadil makes the smooth muscles of the ductus arteriosus relax.

Do not use in people with erectile dysfunction
