Line again with another layer of Graham crackers and pour cream and milk mixture again on the top. If desired, create another layer of crackers and cream-milk mixture. Top with sliced mangoes. You can add Graham crumbs on top if you want.

Instructions
Make the gulaman jelly. Dissolve one pouch of gelatin powder in 1 1/4 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Chill then cut into small squares or diagonal shapes.
Cook the tapioca pearls by placing them in a half liter of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Separate the pearls from the water using a strainer. Wash the tapioca pearls with water and cook again until they become transluscent.
Cook the syrup. Add 1 cup of brown sugar to 1 cup of water and boil. Stir continuously to mix. Cool down and set aside.
Fill a pitcher with 4 cups of cold water and stir in the syrup. Add the gulaman and tapioca pearls. Place some ice cubes and serve cold.
